Yes, I recommend SPF 25-30 for everyday, and 50 or higher if spending time outdoors.  It’s important to wear sunscreen even on cloudy days and in the winter.

It’s important to use a moisturizer daily. the best time to apply a moisturizer to the body is right after a bath or shower, when the skin is still a bit damp.  Humidifiers can also help keep the skin from becoming overly dry. 

Diet can play a role in acne. Foods with a high glycemic index, whey protein supplements, and daily have been shown to worsen acne.
