Yes, I recommend SPF 25-30 for everyday, and 50 or higher if spending time outdoors.  It’s important to wear sunscreen even on cloudy days and in the winter.

Diet can play a role in acne. Foods with a high glycemic index, whey protein supplements, and daily have been shown to worsen acne.
