Michelle Grader is a board certified Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from SUNY Oneonta. Her passion is to help people embrace wellness, live a healthier and happier life by breaking free from diets and eliminating many health conditions with the magic of real food! Michelle has years of experience working with a variety of patients to lower their cholesterol, rid themselves of diabetes, break binge eating cycles, lose weight, balance out hormones, reduce uncomfortable GI issues and so much more. Besides just offering nutrition advice, Michelle helps to hold her patients accountable, guide them through the challenging lifestyle changes and support them every step of the way. She understands that there is no one plan fits all, and works with her patients to find a plan that works best for them, their needs and their lifestyle to help achieve their goals. Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about all things movement, fun and travel! As a certified personal trainer though NASM, Michelle loves anything movement from boxing to yoga to just walking around central park.
